Wild Woman Dance Course
An embodied movement journey to unleash your Wild Woman by embracing the five elements of nature that are within you and all around
This course gives you the opportunity to explore each of the 5 elements of nature individually and delve deeper with your movement journey to receive more love, joy, balance, acceptance, peace and play into your life.
Session Length: 2 hours
Time: 7-9pm (Tuesday Evenings)
Dates: September 21st, 28th
October 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th
Your 2 hour session will include:
- 1 hour to dance and express yourself to amazing soulful and uplifting music
- A guided grounding meditation at the beginning of the session to help you connect with nature and yourself
- A guided meditation for deep relaxation at the end of each session
- Information, insights and knowledge about the element of the week and how to explore it in your everyday life
- A sisterhood sharing circle at the beginning and end of the session
- Journal prompt to reflect on for the week
- Time to reflect, journal and share your experiences

Each of the elements holds their own magic, medicine and energy for us to embody. The Earth that supports and grounds us, the Water that helps us access and release our emotions, the Air that helps us speak our truth and connects us to our heart, the Fire that ignites our true passions and desires and the Spirit of all things, that connects us with nature and each other so we can embrace our wild authentic selves.
These are some of the themes we will exploring in each session together.
Week 1- Earth- Finding your roots, my body as the earth, feeling safe in your body, finding peace and presence.
Week 2- Water- Connecting with our emotions, Surrender, release and replenish
Week 3- Air- My heart is open to new ideas, rise up rooted, opening expanding, taking up space
Week 4- Fire- Igniting your inner fire, activating our dreams and passions, standing in our power, being courageous, learning to surrender to the moment.
Week 5- Spirit- I am wild, I am free, I am me, I am enough, I take a leap of faith and trust I have all I need.
Week 6- The Elements in balance, The dance of the Wild Women Unleashed, free, in harmony with all 5 elements that are within her and all around. I loose myself to find myself, I have arrived, I am free!
