“The circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we’re weak,
and sing with us when we are strong.”
― SARK, Succulent Wild Woman
Sacred Space Holder/Nature Connection Guide/Embodied Dance Specialist
Kayla offers circles, ceremonies & retreats working with the flow of the seasons and Celtic Wheel of the year. With over 16 years experience working with different groups helping them to express their creativity through movement and the arts she is now focusing her attention on women and mothers.
She has been leading women's circles for over 8 years to
support women to feel heard, loved and accepted. She weaves her 10 years of experience as a doula into every circle she hosts to "mother the mother" offering nurture and care. She believes in the transformational and healing power of circle work and connecting in sisterhood to create a community for all women to connect together and draw strength from their stories and shared experiences.
By embracing nature, you can open up to the power of transformation and allow small positive changes in your life. By working with the shifting seasons you can unlock and work with this change and flowing energy. Nature teaches us to work intuitively with the land and listen to our own inner voice so we can dance to our own unique drum beat of life.
“Doing the circles with you has played a big part in me returning to a more grounded spirituality. I feel like I have come full circle with my spirituality and back to a more grounded version of myself. I feel so much more whole, and your circles have been a big part of that journey”.
“Thank you so much for leading such an awesome session! It was very liberating! Your energy and vibrance is just fantastic!”
"Thanks for such an amazing wild woman session yesterday, and thanks for your understanding and compassion for me, and for holding space. It has made me feel energised and uplifted, and today I felt refreshed, as though I'd been away on holiday. Lush!"
The Wild Woman circle I went to was a deeply nourishing experience. I felt a little hesitant to go having not circling for a long time and have found in the past, circling to be an intense experience. Kayla holds the space with lightness, fun and presence inviting the women present to arrive and be in the space in an open, gentle and connected way. I found it to be such a nourishing comfortable space to be in. I loved how she shared her knowledge of the seasons and Celtic cycles and how we can use this to connect with what we are experiencing. She offered some mindful activities for us to play with, that invited a deep connection within and were beautiful to share and participate in, bringing us all wonderful and authentic insights. I would highly recommend her women’s circle and look forward to joining her again.
