I know and have seen how amazing it can be when women walk the path of believing in themselves and becoming more fully present for themselves so that they can re-discover how amazingly power-filled they are.

As our brains are hard wired to focus on the negative. This can become a habit of safety which can be hard to break.
By allowing ourselves to feel abundant we can cultivate a feeling of harmony, well-being and get those happy hormones filling our body with positivity.
Its been very insightful learning about the Solstice and how to celebrate the height of summer whilst acknowledging the turning of the tides as the days start to become shorter.
