EMBRACING THE WISDOM FROM NATURE AS OUR GUIDE TO LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST
It is so easy to feeling a sense of lack in our lives. What if you could feel more abundant ,free and for filled in your life?
The Art of practising gratitude can do just that and connect us with our happy hormones.
Practise gratitude today and feel and instant boost of happiness.
As our brains are hard wired to focus on the negative. This can become a habit of safety which can be hard to break.
By allowing ourselves to feel abundant we can cultivate a feeling of harmony, well-being and get those happy hormones filling our body with positivity.
By being reflective, practising gratitude and counting our blessings!
When we feel grateful and count our blessings, we open our hearts to accept the abundance in our lives.
....But how do we practise gratitude?......
Nature teaches us how to do this and this time of year is perfect to practise, as we celebrate Lammas. As we celebrate and reflect, we can make room for what will help nourish us, moving towards the winter months. We start to go inwards and be guided by our intuition, letting go of what no longer serves us. This supports us to re-assess our needs to bring balance into our lives and support our well-being.
I love working in flow and rhythm with the seasons as it offers me comfort to know that all is flowing as it is meant to be.
Through being in circle and celebrating the Celtic Wheel of the year I find it easier to practise gratitude. Here are other ways you can practise gratitude:
Give it a go and see how practising gratitude can transform your day! x
