WILD WOMEN WELLBEING
EMBRACING THE WISDOM FROM NATURE AS OUR GUIDE TO LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST
Its been very insightful learning about the Solstice and how to celebrate the height of summer whilst acknowledging the turning of the tides as the days start to become shorter.
Sometimes it can feel disheartening that the days are starting to get shorter again yet we can learn to embrace this by asking what we need, to keep our inner fire glowing bright as we gently move through this shift.
The solstice has helped me to acknowledge and let go of what hasn't blossomed, as I have been thinking of the seeds I planted earlier in the year. I am an ideas factory so there are always quite a lot of them that don't make it to the height of summer! By acknowledging them I can then move into letting them go, to make room for what I need now. I trust that my ideas may re-emerge later in the year, if they are meant to, where I can re-plant them again at Harvest ready to watch them seed next year.
There are definitely more sunny summer days to enjoy and embrace and with it is much celebration of what we have achieved and who we are becoming.
I love working in flow and rhythm with the seasons as it offers me comfort to know that all is flowing as it is meant to be.
